Dear list members: I would like to change the default kde settings in suse 9.1/kde3.3 (default background image, colors, window theme, style, desktop icons, devices, menu etc.) so that if I create a new user these settings would be set for him. I've checked the kde documentation at www.kde .org, docs. kde.org, googled but could not find anything that explains where I can change these setting and especially where these are stored in SuSE.
