Hallo miteinander! Ich versuch seit längerem Hylafax zum Laufen zu bringen. Leider ohne Erfolg. Wie wärs wenn du dich für eine Faxsoftware entscheidest? CapiSuite und Hylafax gleichzeitig kann ja wohl nicht das sein was du hinkriegen willst/musst...

So funktioniert das aufteilen nicht. Das System-Logging hat nur eine eingeschraenkte Anzahl an facilities.
LogFacility: hylafax
Wenn du ein eigenes Log dafuer haben willst, such dir einen unbenutzten Eintrag von local0-local7. Die gueltigen sonstigen Facilities liest du in syslog(3).
Wie kann ich eigentlich die max Ziffernanzahl bei Rufnummern erhöhen? Hab eine Faxnummer mit 14 Stellen, die kürzt Hylafax bzw WHFC auf 12.

So funktioniert das aufteilen nicht. Das System-Logging hat nur eine eingeschraenkte Anzahl an facilities.
LogFacility: hylafax
Wenn du ein eigenes Log dafuer haben willst, such dir einen unbenutzten Eintrag von local0-local7. Die gueltigen sonstigen Facilities liest du in syslog(3).
Wie kann ich eigentlich die max Ziffernanzahl bei Rufnummern erhöhen? Hab eine Faxnummer mit 14 Stellen, die kürzt Hylafax bzw WHFC auf 12.
Hatte ich bei hylafax noch keine Probleme mit, WHFC setze ich nicht ein. Wer von beiden kuerzt denn?

Ja, der Verweis auf das Binary, welches mit deiner Hardware spricht, bei mir c2faxsend.
Wenn die Capiutils hylafax Parameter verstehen, kannst du auch das dahinschreiben.
