"found" pmm.infra.o.o - still needed/used?
Hello, while installing kernel updates on various VMs, I "found" the pmm.infra.o.o VM. It doesn't have a pillar/id file, and the process list looks "boring". The haproxy config says it serves pmm.opensuse.org, but my browser says that service is down ;-) Based on the shell history, it looks like it was meant to run percona pmm-server ("podman pull percona/pmm-server:2"), a database performance monitoring system. However, this container doesn't run anymore (probably since more than a year). Now the question is: do we still need this VM, or can we shut it down? If nobody answers within two weeks, I'll take this as an indication that we can shut it down (and remove the haproxy config and pmm.o.o DNS entry). Regards, Christian Boltz -- Maybe the next openSUSE conference should have a mandatory group hug after all... ;-) [Jos Poortvliet in opensuse-factory]
Hi Christian!
Nice to hear from you!
I leave this decision to the former users of this VM - all are in TO of
this Email.
Regards,
Lars

Hi all, Darix and I removed the client packages from the systems it was monitoring, you can go ahead and decommission it from your side. Thanks, Elisei On Mon, 2023-01-16 at 08:52 +0100, Lars Vogdt wrote:
