[opensuse-gnome] Tracker?
Are there packages for Tracker http://projects.gnome.org/tracker/ available for openSUSE 11.2? My searching hasn't turned anything up. Given the unmaintained status of Beagle are there plans to include Tracker in future versions of openSUSE? http://mail.gnome.org/archives/dashboard-hackers/2009-September/msg00005.htm... -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+help@opensuse.org

There already packages available on openSUSE:Contrib repository. We might push it to GNOME:Factory if Beagle really got no love or Tracker becomes an official module. Since beagle won't be maintained, I think we should switch to tracker for 11.3. I filed https://features.opensuse.org/307899 to track this. Then I guess not (yet). I'll look into rolling some test ones.

I'm not aware of any discussion, others may know differently... -- James Ogley (riggwelter) openSUSE Member GNOME Team and Planet SUSE e: riggwelter@opensuse.org w: http://opensuse.org/GNOME t: @riggwelter w: http://www.planetsuse.org openSUSE: Get It, Discover It, Create It at http://www.opensuse.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+help@opensuse.org
