This is great. It would indeed be nice to discuss the pet-peeves in GNOME as well. Bye. -- Atri -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+help@opensuse.org

Thanks, I've created a news.o.o calendar entry for this. Could you create a wiki page with the agenda, please? We discussed about this in the channel yesterday. I felt that maintaining the agenda and the minutes in the mailing list instead of wiki, is far more easier. Also, opensuse-gnome m-l archives will be the one place to search for all AIs, minutes etc. In the past I have seen GNOME team pages with obsolete contents (like listing ex-people like Hubert, JoeShaw etc.) The wiki team will have to then clean up and keep things updated. If we keep everything in m-l , all these maintenance overheads go away. If you still think, a wiki page will be good. I will gladly create it. Thanks.

Your team's decision. One suggestion: Make a minimal version, e.g. just create it with the following information: * Introduction * Explain that agenda is on mailing list * Archive of past meetings (with links to the meeting bot generated files) - but that's extra maintenance, so perhaps just explain what you do... Actually, that's up to the people who are/will be organizing the meetings ;-) I think we all agree a wiki page would be nice, but someone has to be responsible for it. I will create a GNOME:Meetings page, link it from en.opensuse.org/GNOME This meetings page will contain links to the mailing list archives (agenda mail and the Action-items/minutes mail) I will create the pages and populate with this week's agenda today. In future, as and when someone organizes a meeting, [s]he will edit this GNOME:Meetings page. However, I will be doing it only after a few more hours (this damn day-job comes in between my openSUSE work ;-)) , If any of you want to do this before that, you are very much welcome to :-) -- Sankar P http://psankar.blogspot.com -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+help@opensuse.org

There is already a page template for openSUSE GNOME team meetings here http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:GNOME_meeting and it is linked from Portal:GNOME, in accordance with present wiki namespace-based structure. Anyway, I will take care of the wiki page for the present meeting. I had intended to listen in on this meeting, but time zones got in the way. Is there anywhere that the minutes or transcript can be viewed? Was there a date set for the next meeting? I have removed the announce list from CC. I should be planning the rest of the dates for the meeting. I will do it soon. Currently struck in some critical-situations at dayjob.
