[opensuse-factory] Trident
Hello, everyone! Just wanted to inform you that from the project KDE:KDE3:Trident it is now possible to install the KDE3 packages modifyed by the patchset Trident by Serghei Amelian. The packages still have some issues (not passing the post-build-checks, which I disabled). Please report any issues you may encounter. Especially check the following - Auto-mounting and unmounting media. The patchset includes a polkit client, also sync mounting is disabled in Trident. - New Kpowermanager (not available in Factory). - Check for sound issues (Trident uses Arts while openSUSE's KDE3 uses Kde Media Manager). - Check whether all the power off & suspend & hybernate dialogs work properly. - Check everything else. To test Trident you have to replace three packages from the Trident repository: qt3, kdelibs3, kdebase3. Here is a list of Trident repositories for different openSUSE releases: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE3:/Trident/openSUSE_12.3/ http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE3:/Trident/openSUSE_13.1/ http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE3:/Trident/openSUSE_Factor... P.S. Something is wrong with the opensuse-kde3 mailing list, I has been blacklisted there "for spam" and had to contact the maillist administration. It seems that other users may be also having problems if to judge by the drop in traffic volume last month. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

I doubt it's an issue with the opensuse-kde3 mailinglist.

True. Google blacklists you; I had to go in and manually "unspam" you, and when I retrieved your email, my local spamassassin tagged your post as spam. Google says: This message may not have been sent by: ani...@gmail.com Learn more Report phishing Clicking on learn more, I get this info: +++································· You'll see this warning if a sender is claiming to be from Gmail, but we couldn't confirm the email originated from a Gmail sender. For example, you might receive an email claiming to be from support@gmail.com that wasn’t actually sent from a Gmail account. All mail sent from Gmail should have authentication data in the message that can verify it was sent through Gmail. If you see a warning message indicating that a message may not have been sent by a Gmail user, this means that the authentication data is missing and Gmail displays the warning for your protection. The missing data can indicate one of the following: The message was forged and not really sent by the sender’s stated Gmail address The sender emailed it through a website (for example, a website sharing a news article with you) The message was sent by Gmail, but the authentication information was lost (for example, if you auto-forward all messages from your school email address to your personal Gmail address) If the email wasn't sent with Gmail, but the sender includes authentication data in the message, we'll show you the sender's name and the service that authenticated the message. For example, if sender@gmail.com sent you a card from a website called ecard.com, you'd see the sender listed as "sender@gmail.com via ecard.com.” ·································++- Maybe you are not using google's smtp to send your google email, but your ISP's? You will have to change that. And I think my ISP (telefonica) simply deletes your emails so that I never see them. I just saw it by chance on gmail spam inbox.
