[opensuse-factory] every time I install software my file associations are changed

By the way, happens only when I install using yast, not with zypper.
YaST runs SuSEConfig at the end but zypper doesn't. SuSEConfig also runs SuSEConfig.permissions and the error might by caused an incorrect definition in /etc/permissions.
