[opensuse-factory] GLIBC version in Leap 15.0
Hi, The current version of openWRT requires GLIBC 2.27; however, Leap 15.0 only supplies 2.26. As a result, I need to boot Tumbleweed to do the builds. Are there any plans to upgrade Leap 15.0, or is the version of GLIBC frozen? Is this plan up to date? According to this plan we are supposed to be 2 weeks into RC testing. However, https://software.opensuse.org/distributions/testing says "Beta" and the full file names on https://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/15.0/iso/ are still tagged with build numbers rather than being tagged with "RC" and an RC number as for previous versions. Ok let's rephrase: glibc comes from SLE, and different rules apply there. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

Current Intel Parallel Studio (including Compiler) is not compatible with 2.27, albeit fixable: https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-c-compiler/topic/777003-- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
