[opensuse-factory] CUPS not starting automatically in Milestone 6

How did you install your printer, through Yast2 or from cli?

Should have added: Did you check Yast2 > > Services to see if cups daemon set to run at startup?
I used YaST2 to set up my printers. I never had to do that until Milestone 5. Using YaST2 --> Services only does one thing and is equivalent to "chkconfig cups on". Either way it's enabled, but does not start automatically as it should. I have now edited /etc/sysconfig/cups and added options shown below.
