The repository 'games' has now appeared in the list of repositories for Leap 15.1, thank you very much. But it is not available for inclusion in the repos. used by Yast2 or zypper. Two (2) days ago 'khnazile' left a message on the build site (build.opensuse.org/project/show/games) that the directory 'repodata' has not been published and asking if this could be done. This shouldn't be necessary, you should be able to add it in yast but you can't so it seems like a buildservice issue. Hi Patrick, Thanks for the cli ... but it doesn't work. The '-t' parameter is now termed as being a legacy parameter and with it the cli doesn't add the repo. But if one drops the '-t rpm-md' then the 'games' repo. IS added to the list of repositories. HOWEVER, in this case, adding the 'games' repo. is a waste of time because it is not recognised as a [legitimate] repository ... one gets the error message that 'games is invalid' and that it's invalid because 'Metadata not found'. Sooooo... until the directory 'repodata' is created, as was requested by khnazile' some 4 days ago now, the repo. 'games' is... unavailable:-(. As I said you need to file a bug within obs, from looking at obs the repo is setup to build and publish for games, it should just work, the fact that its not means that something is broken with obs publishing. There is nothing more the maintainers of games can do. I'm not sure what you are babbling about.
Maybe it works now, and didn't work before - so others can simply try again.

To begin with, I do not babble. Secondly, 0n 28 May 2019 at 1503 hours (?UTC) whoever added the repodata information to the games repository which was first requested by 'khnazile' in the games build service entry (see attachment). -- "If it weren't for electricity we'd be all watching television by candlelight." : 15.1 is only some 10 hours from being officially released, which is fine, but when will the repository 'games' become available for 15.1?
Anyone...?
BC
The repository 'games' has now appeared in the list of repositories for Leap 15.1, thank you very much. But it is not available for inclusion in the repos. used by Yast2 or zypper.
Two (2) days ago 'khnazile' left a message on the build site (build.opensuse.org/project/show/games) that the directory 'repodata' has not been published and asking if this could be done. Could this be done so that the 'games' repository for 15.1 may be used?
does: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/games/openSUSE_Leap_15.1/ not work?
No.
what does not work?
And when will it be okay?
define "okay".
have you tried "zypper ar .... -t rpm-md" zypper ar --help
hm. What should me say this? zypper ar --help : Legacy-Optionen: -t, --type <TYPE> Der Repository-Typ wird stets automatisch erkannt. Diese Option wird ignoriert. I use my repos since many version. I only change 15.0 to 15.1 in it and make zypper dup. And here comes error with key. -- Regards Eric -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
