[opensuse-factory] After Hibernate, Monitor stays in StandBy
Hello, since I'm using factory, the Monitor stays in StandBy after Hibernate. When I boot my PC after going to Hibernate, the Monitor is on during booting. But after booting the monitor goes back to StandyBy (even if I swith to the text console). The PC itself is reacting, e.g. I can (blind) login as root and restart the PC via the command reboot. With OpenSuse 13.1 is was working fine. Any ideas how to solve this issue? I had that problem back in 11.3 days. I had Intel graphics. Here's my workaround at the time: http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=594542#c11 Greg -- Sent from my Android phone with K-9 Mail. I have a Nvidia graphic card. What would be the correct entry in xorg.conf? Am Sonntag, 5. Oktober 2014, 09:52:32 schrieb Greg Freemyer:

Nothing.. it is a most likely a bug in nouveau. Please test kernel:head since many fixes to this driver were merged for 3.17 including issues with suspend/resume. -- Cristian "I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody." -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
