[opensuse-factory] Unable to file bug
Richard Brown
Thank you for your report Please file bugs on https://bugzilla.opensuse.org A guide can be found on https://bugs.opensuse.org
I tried to file a bug. I got as far as https://www.suse.com/selfreg/jsp/forgotPassword.jsp and then received Bad Gateway! The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request POST /selfreg/jsp/forgotPassword.jsp. Reason: Error reading from remote server I am unable to file this as a bug, so I post here. Try clearing out cookies related to opensuse and suse.com. We have seen this issue numerous times, but I don't think anyone has figured out what the problem really is. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (20.2°C) http://www.dns24.ch/ - free dynamic DNS, made in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

I usually also clean up everything related to attachmate, microfocus and novell to be sure. May be we should through hpe in the mix now :)

I cleared out every cookie, and was then able to recover my password. Thanks, Roger -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

Roger Hi Suggest you try again, there may have been some issues.. I noticed it a bit slow before, but your link works.
