[opensuse-factory] Policy-Kit Crash - How to Report?
I got a crash in openSUSE 11.1b5 using KDE 4.1.3 during the updater. It showed a stack trace of policy kit. (I'll paste below.) I went to bugs.kde.org to report it but policy-kit is not in the list of applicaitons. What should I report this under? TIA! -- k Application: PolicyKit-kde (policykit-kde), signal SIGSEGV [?1034h(no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) [Thread debugging using libthread_db enabled] [New Thread 0xb4b0cb90 (LWP 7763)] (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) (no debugging symbols found) [KCrash handler] #5 0xb7e3402d in QSocketNotifier::setEnabled(bool) () from /usr/lib/libQtCore.so.4 #6 0x08051388 in _start () -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org

Kia, That should be the first online-update you get. I think it may still need work. I know with visudo and sudo, you still have to kick kdesudo with: kwriteconfig --file kdesurc --group super-user-command --key super-user-command sudo Entered as your regular user to force kdesu to honor sudo for Yast, etc.. -- David C.
