Some information about your system and any error messages would be helpful (my crystal ball is in the shop for repair).  Was this a clean install, upgrade, or what?  What hardware, especially what video card does it use?

How much RAM do you have in this computer ? S3 UniChrome integrated graphics There are no error messages, the monitor goes into suspend and the installer is dead in the water. This happens right after reporting the text terminal size. I guess its a problem with the video driver. 11.2 installs on this box.
