[opensuse-factory] [Fixed] os-prober in all versions cannot detect Tumbleweed on another drive or partition
Hi all, When you execute grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg Tumbleweed is shown as an "Unknown linux distribution" I submitted a bugreport because grub2 could not recognize Tumbleweed. This is due to /etc/os-release being a symlinked file. Example ln -s /usr/lib/os-release /etc/os-release See: https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=997465 Now that it has been fixed it will be available as an update soon A working test os-prober rpm is available for Leap 42.1 and openSUSE 13.2 for download from this bugzila report.
