Are you using reiser as the filesystem? Thats the original captain bug coolo referred to in the report, but magnus didn't confirm it. Yes, I'm using reiser on both test system. I didn't attach fstab yet because I can't access to my system right now. I will try also reformatting / with ext3 to see what happen.

For the other hand, if that is the problem, could it affect my prod system? I have / as ext3 but /home as reiser and others as XFS.

Yes it could if reiser is the factor.
