thanks Jiri for help. I tried downgrade kernel from LEAP, but it does not help. Then I tried downgrade upower (0.99.7) & libupower-glib3 (0.99.7) also from LEAP & it works as expected. Could you try an older kernel? E.g. from Leap 42.3 or 15?
