What in the world is changing permission on a fresh reload of 11.4 M6.
So far something changed /dev/null so that "startx" failed and now a
knosole won't return a curser.
I found the problem with the gpm mouse not working. It turns out to be
a i586 openSuSE problem with a defective binary gpm, next the
permissions on /dev/input/mice or mouse0 is to tight (which are set by
udev), then mouse0 and mice in /etc/sysconfig/mouse has both variable
set as mice, and lastly the start script (echo $GPM_PARM} seems to have
a problem with its variables.
Where are the permissions.local setting for changing mouse0 and mice. I
tried /etc/permissions.local and doesn't work at boot time.
Logged In to Bugs and typed in info only to have it close without sending.
