[opensuse-factory] Status: 12.1
Hi, Build37 is _almost_ ready, but we need to fix one bug that will otherwise kill everyone's zypper dup from 11.4 (once again, but this time not liblzma :) For this I will rebuild only DVD images and the repo and I hope that we can get that finished today. And no, there won't be any additional checkins. OK, I was wrong. The fix for one ship stopper revealed another one, so we had to take anther round. The bug was possibly rare, but it was bad, so I decided to have it fixed. GM is tomorrow after all ;) Greetings, Stephan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=728964 looks like one of the shipstoppers, what was the other one? Is Build038 is the gold master candidate at the moment? Nope, that was no shipstopper - coolo just decided to include it together with the others. The initial one was zypper dup not working from 11.4 to 12.1 (lead to bash checkin) and then it was a systemd bug which lead to yast2-installation and aaa_base checkin - and a couple of others. Full details: see the mailing list archivees of opensuse-commit.

build 38 was the one with the first ship stopper, build 39 is the one that's currenlty building and will solve all world-problems ;) Andreas -- Andreas Jaeger aj@{suse.com,opensuse.org} Twitter/Identica: jaegerandi SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GF: Jeff Hawn, Jennifer Guild, Felix Imendörffer, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) GPG fingerprint = 93A3 365E CE47 B889 DF7F FED1 389A 563C C272 A126 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
