Thu, 17 Nov 2011 19:43:05 +0400 Hello. Why does the latest version 11.1.102.55 require 32-bit packages? 11.0.1.152 doesn't. % sudo zypper up flash-player Loading repository data... Why does the latest version 11.1.102.55 require 32-bit packages? 11.0.1.152 doesn't.
I don't remember the versions but I saw the package included the 64 bits plugin... and a 32 bits standalone player. I am sure a submitreq splitting the package will be welcomed ;-) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

Yes, because 64bit standalone player has not been updated yet, see here https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/91561 Actually the standalone player has been removed completely from x86_64 package. Probably not forwarded to factory yet. https://build.opensuse.org/package/revisions?package=flash-player&project=multimedia%3Aapps

That would be the way to go if it's the usual case that player and plugin are updated at different times. cu, Rudi -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

I don't see 32-bit dependencies in a package for oS 12.1: https://build.opensuse.org/package/binary?arch=x86_64&filename=flash-player-11.1.102.55-3.1.x86_64.rpm&package=flash-player.17&project=openSUSE%3A12.1%3AUpdate&repository=standard The same version in Factory: https://build.opensuse.org/package/binary?arch=x86_64&filename=flash-player-11.1.102.55-1.1.x86_64.rpm&package=flash-player&project=openSUSE%3AFactory%3ANonFree&repository=standard -- WBR, Kyrill -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

There are auto dependencies because both source files flashplayer_11.1.102.55_sa.i386.tar.bz2 flashplayer_11.1.102.55_sa.x86_64.tar.bz2 are the same i386 one which contain dynamic linked 32bit binaries. cu, Rudi -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
