[opensuse-factory] problems with todays factory
Hi, i just did my biweekly factory update but now my system seems to be quiet messed up. Something is brocken in zypper all commands end with: # LANG=CC zypper ref Target initialization failed: rpmdb2solv -r '/' -p '/etc/products.d' > '/var/cache/zypp/solv/@System/solvnlW7Uo' repo_products: syntax error at line 1:0 and all GTK applications do not work because of: # thunderbird /usr/lib/thunderbird/thunderbird-bin: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libcairo.so.2: undefined symbol: pixman_region32_init Therefore I do not have nm-applet anymore ... Just to make everybody aware of it, will look into it tomorrow. Therefore I do not have nm-applet anymore ...

Hi Luiz,
i just did my biweekly factory update but now my system seems to be quiet messed up.
Something is brocken in zypper all commands end with: # LANG=CC zypper ref Target initialization failed: rpmdb2solv -r '/' -p '/etc/products.d' > '/var/cache/zypp/solv/@System/solvnlW7Uo' repo_products: syntax error at line 1:0 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=424365 Thanks I allready added myself to the CC of the bug but I did not hit reply all in my webfrontend when replyied to to my email.
and all GTK applications do not work because of: # thunderbird /usr/lib/thunderbird/thunderbird-bin: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libcairo.so.2: undefined symbol: pixman_region32_init
Therefore I do not have nm-applet anymore ... Fedora seems to have the same problem, as far as I understand the google language tools http://forum.fedora.pl/index.php?showtopic=18641&mode=linear
But my libcairo is allready three days old (cairo-1.7.4-4) so is it a problem with /usr/lib/libpixman-1.so.0 from xorg-x11-libs-7.3-96? hm... Yes, it is - and that package has been checked in again on monday, so it should be fixed with the next sync out of facotry, Andreas -- Andreas Jaeger, Director Platform / openSUSE, aj@suse.de SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GPG fingerprint = 93A3 365E CE47 B889 DF7F FED1 389A 563C C272 A126

just updating to xorg-x11-libs-7.3-98.1 from the buildservice fixes the problem.
