Java and Javascript is unfortunate similarity in naming, but it is not the same, and java-*-openjdk has nothing to do with javascript; it is just Java stuff. Do you need them both? You can attempt to remove them. When they are not needed zypper will just remove them without adding to the list more packages. In case that above works, but something starts failing then it is either packaging or upstream bug.
