This was intended as answer to Ken's post, but idea is far offtopic for another thread, so it would be better to start new one. Hi, In a openSUSE forum in my language, some guys are having problems with KDE4 and KDE3, the system freezes at different points, sometimes on the login screen, some times later, etc... Does anyone have a sage advice on getting the nvidia drivers to work properly? I added the site in the "community sites" added in Yast, but neither of the official nvidia drivers provide 3d. Thanks! Even with the various bugs that have crept up (minor ones, at that) ... ... I have got to say, hands down, that openSUSE 11.0 is the absolute best operating system / work environment I've ever run my computer on. It rivals, if not outright exceeds RedHat, on many fronts. I feel spoiled, really ... [opensuse-factory] Process to submit and distribute a patch?

Hi, I hope I'm asking this in the right list... What is the process to submit/distribute a patch for openSUSE 11.0? I am the new maintainer of the openSUSE dazuko package, and I have created a fix to address a problem with loading the redirfs (and thus) dazuko modules. I understand how to check out/check in the package to the SUSE build servers but I do not know how to actually make sure that a patch gets into the openSUSE distribution channel. Could someone please point me to some info on this?
