Comment # 6 on bug 1202118 from Wolfgang Rosenauer

I cannot remember why Requires(pre) was used. Actually it does not seem to be
correct since the mozilla-nss (sub-)package does not have a %pre section
anyway. I changed to Requires. I don't see an obvious reason why it's heavily
important to have libsoftokn installed _before_ mozilla-nss. In case it turns
out that this is the case we can add back e.g. a Requires(post) to make sure
later.
