Hello I am not having a good start to the day. I am just in the throws of installing SuSE on a 486. I put in the boot disk.......and...... it gives me a Boot Failed. Help. Rgds James
You can make a new boot floppy by doing this: mount CD1, and put a floppy in the floppy drive then go to /cdrom/disks and type dd if=bootdisk of=/dev/fd0 You can try the other ones: eide, yast2 also On Tue, 15 Feb 2000, James Scott wrote:
