Please would you ask him to make sure that it's not mentioned in the blurb or small print, and if not, to ask them for the source, to see how they respond. Guess what

RM gave no indication when we purchased the Smartcache (via documentation or on the web!), that the source code was available to us.

Guess this means their in violation of the GPL!
