What caused it to crash?

I had a bad experience with RH7.2, an ATAPI cdrom & crashes hence my workstation is now FreeBSD. I don't know anything about Redmond or what distribution (if any) it's based on. -- Frank *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* Boroughbridge. It was trying to save in KOffice as I remember. Caused a segfault. Also, trying to 'Browse' for a file e.g. browsing for wallpaper, or browse in the find dialogue. A super desktop distro, now with a sensible name (Lycoris Desktop/LX). It's based very heavily on Caldera, which I also tried recently - impressed. Incidently, I just bought a copy of SuSE 7.3. Great. A very professional package. Congrats to the SuSE team. Yast2 is brilliant. The killer for me is that you can now set up NIS server in Yast2. I likes it. I likes it a lot. Now, tradition has it, that as soon as I buy a SuSE version, the next one is released the very next week. So, I guess we'll see SuSE's next incarnation about Wednesday Roger? ;) -- Matt __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Send FREE Valentine eCards with Yahoo!
