Putting RC1 then update to final?

Hi, I prepare packages with kadu IM → kadu.net. It reached 0.6.6-RC1 after 18 betas so it's really rock solid RC release. Do You thins I can push RC1 to Contrib:Factory and when kadu final version is released then update it in Factory:11.4?
