Heya, What's the plan around BoF sessions, what rooms are available for that and where/how do we schedule them? Cheers, J

Unconferences are not scheduled in advanced but ad-hoc depending on the people that are there, that's why they are unconferences and not conferences.... I think that is a problem of communication and potentially tooling, not a problem inherent in pre-scheduling BoF sessions. Maybe OSEM, not for this year, could get the functionality that people can pre-schedule BoF sessions in a designated room.

Having prepared sessions with preferably an agenda is simply more likely to create useful results than gathering people on the spot. And we'd like more results from our event, don't we? /Jos

the room is reserved FRI 11:00 - 15:00 and SAT 11:00 - 14:00

He will send some reminder mails to people. Having prepared sessions with preferably an agenda is simply more likely to create useful results than gathering people on the spot. And we'd like more results from our event, don't we?
