So I would like to share with you guys, in case you wishes to do something similar for the oSC3 - Welcome letter and thing to remember for everyone that has joined as speaker or ontributor to the event/booth https://picasaweb.google.com/104830275042059445407/Ambassador#55461692768137... - Certification of participation https://picasaweb.google.com/104830275042059445407/Ambassador#55461684975990... - Geeko Money that could be give away during talks to everyone in the auditorion or room, to let they change for something at booth (to be honest we neve take money back. Itś just to have fun, and give an special gift to remember about our speakers. https://picasaweb.google.com/104830275042059445407/Ambassador#55461688340283... These are all great ideas actually. I've been having similar thoughts coming through my mind as well. Carlos can you make sure that all these ideas of yours with the links are included in trello? Since it is not our No 1 priority right now, but we should not forget about them in the next couple of months. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-conference+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-conference+owner@opensuse.org

upload?update? but as I don´t know much, or nothing about Trello, do
you mind to do that and assign it to me if is this possible?
Also, where can I get a briefly description about Trello and how to
use it? Does we have any quickly start?

Ok, that's a valid point... Not sure if you were present during 1rst conf meeting where we discussed this. Link for trello: https://trello.com/osc13 You should already have received my invitation to trello. Please let me know if things have worked out. I *think* we don't have any guide to trello. The main purpose of this tool is to be used in order to create cards with tasks. As Henne has mentioned, this means actionable cards. So basically we are not using static data there (even though it seems that we could use it). In any case, we have separate boards, as you will see, for different things. I believe all these ideas should go to 'Promo' board, preferably new card for each one of the ideas. I am online on IRC as differentreality if you need more help.
