Are the euca2ools a build requirement for some packages? If not: Why do we deliver euca2ools inside C:O:M? I'm not sure why you ask questions on the mailing list that you can answer yourself in 2 seconds via a grep command, but anyway: Yes, it is a require of Nova.
If not: Why do we deliver euca2ools inside C:O:M?
