SLE_15 build fails with invalid license for GPLv2
https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log/server:eGroupWare/egroupwa... I could understand "GPLv2" being an invalid license-specifier, if not all other build targets would succeed, including eg. openSUSE_Leap_15.{0..3}, which are basically the same environment. Any ideas? Yes, checks are partly hard to understand....the same settings works in some build targets, in others not (in this case a .desktop-file). For the Licenses, I thing OBS checks against https://spdx.org/licenses/ So maybe GPL-2.0-only is the right term. HTH Axel

Yeah its probably the basically the same not being exactly the same, the SLE_15 repo's don't include any of there respective update repo's and its highly likely that the sort of build compatibility needed here was added in an update. Try building against the corresponding "backports" repo instead. -- Simon Lees (Simotek) http://simotek.net Emergency Update Team keybase.io/simotek SUSE Linux Adelaide Australia, UTC+10:30 GPG Fingerprint: 5B87 DB9D 88DC F606 E489 CEC5 0922 C246 02F0 014B

In all other (openSUSE) targets the invalid license format is a warning, SLE_15 makes this error by adding rpmlint-Factory-strict. Greetings, Stephan
