[opensuse-buildservice] Long response times for /user/icon/licensedigger?size=20

      Hi,

I noticed on a SR[1] that the licensedigger icon is broken. Accessing
the image location using curl shows that it takes a _long_ time:

$ time curl https://build.opensuse.org/user/icon/licensedigger?size=20

Maybe something to look into.
