That was a temporary bug in the build script which was not able to handle that old perl. Thank you! Could you please do the same for libhdf4, libgeos and libgeotiff.

I have simply triggered all failed builds in that project.

Furthermore is there a reason why the older RHEL/CentOS repos are disabled for libgeotiff?
