This got a binary import of Deb 7 Wheezy (DI-b4) to start building on OBS-2.3.8.

However I also had to revert that Wheezy's bash*.deb packages to Deb 6.0.7 versions with rsync bash*.deb, because of some 'sh' not found problem in the Wheezy bash.deb.

other than that it seems fine for now.
