[opensuse-buildservice] Packman using inside OBS?
Hello Mates, i have a Question. Is it possible to link to an Package from Packman? While i'm building with osc i need a Package from there. If we haven't a Solution, i make a copy from PM and make new Package in the OBS. -- Sincerely yours Sascha Manns open-slx GmbH openSUSE Community & Support Agent openSUSE Marketing Team Blog: http://saigkill.wordpress.com Web: http://www.saschamanns.de Web: http://www.open-slx.de (openSUSE Box Support German) Web: http://www.open-slx.com (openSUSE Box Support English) Open-SLX : Linux convenient, simple, secure and complete

Since Packman does not use OBS, there's no way to do that - you need to
copy the package sources (you can use `osc importsrcpkg`) to the OBS.

Packman is actually using OBS ;) But we don't want currently links to remote instances in the opensuse.org instance. However, the other way around should be possible, you should be able to link a package of opensuse.org into packagman. Updating it there for the new versions and copying it back to the opensuse.org instance for example. -- Adrian Schroeter SUSE Linux Products GmbH email: adrian@suse.de -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org
