[opensuse-buildservice] OSC DVD build does not work anymore
Hi, I just rebuild the Factory dvd5 i686: osc co openSUSE:Factory _product:openSUSE-dvd5-dvd-i586 cd openSUSE\:Factory/_product\:openSUSE-dvd5-dvd-i586/ osc build images i586 I get this output: Building openSUSE-dvd5-dvd-i586.kiwi for images/i586 Getting buildinfo from server and store to /home/slxrobot/openSUSE:Factory/_product:openSUSE-dvd5-dvd-i586/.osc/_buildinfo-images-i586.xml Getting buildconfig from server and store to /home/slxrobot/openSUSE:Factory/_product:openSUSE-dvd5-dvd-i586/.osc/_buildconfig-images-i586 Updating cache of required packages 0.0% cache miss. 206/206 dependencies cached. .... [W] => package libbeagle1 not available for i586 nor its fallbacks [W] => package libXi6-devel not available for i586 nor its fallbacks [W] => package libwbclient0 not available for i586 nor its fallbacks [W] => package koffice2-l10n-fr-doc not available for i586 nor its fallbacks [I] package perl-URI found for architecture i586 as repository_1@i586 [W] => package libusbmuxd1 not available for i586 nor its fallbacks [I] package autoconf found for architecture noarch (fallback of i586) as repository_1@noarch [I] STEP 3 [collectPackages] The resulting iso is broken because the packages are missing. It seem that packages, that are not found in the cache and are not downloaded by osc. Also the dependencies are much to low. Should be something near 13500 dependencies. How can I force dependencie resolution or rebuild cache? Deleting the osc cache does not help and produce the same results. regards, Stefan -- _ Dr. Stefan Werden ----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org

This is a long standing bug in the backend. I disabled the images so they do not trigger while I'm preparing RC1 - and because of this the backend can't calculate the dependencies and you can't build the DVD locally. This is a long standing bug in the backend. Is it? AFAIK I fixed that a long time ago for Rudi.
