[opensuse-buildservice] Why there are 2 projects for one package?

I wanna know what's the difference, Interesting question because: What is it what you're really interested in? Probably not a technical diff between the two

I think I should take care all the two projects.
Currently take care openSUSE:Factory, and in future take care
project home:rguenther:playground for testing gcc43. :)
