Running a shell script and parsing config files for _every_ block device is not an option. As it is needed for only _very_ few setups, we don't want to see such stuff on the default sytem. Please create a subpackage "kpartx-ide-compat" or something similar, that does not get installed by default. New multipath-tools and kpartx rpm checked into autobuild.
