It was the same after every boot. I even installed the system twice with all updates. Always the same. After that I installed a 32 bit version. Thank you for the hint. There was one mem block with hardware errors. I have removed it now and I will watch the behavior now.
OK, please let us know if it crashes again in the next weeks. If it doesn't, then we can be relatively sure it was a hardware problem.
I have installed the desktop kernel 3.1.9-1.4.1. Is there an important difference?
There are ~400 patches between 3.1.0 and 3.1.9, most likely some of them are security fixes. So it's always a good idea to update :) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
