With Opensuse 11.0+ we can access HELP over the Net and obtain this from the Help Server. References to local help indicate the installed help files on the PC's Hard Drive. If you follow comment #1 you can clearly see its about the help content in a Yast>Network Services>NTP Server. As this is help in Yast - There is no need to ask about KDE or Gnome as all the help text in Yast is the same. It was closed by the reporter as WONTFIX DUE FACTS ALL CONTAINED here how apparent no resources were ever going to be allocated for solution. Suse needs 'A problem Manager, a Integrated Problem management Database and allocation of expected result along the line that leads to the bug being fixed.
