Using the same name isn't allowed and it rejects the addition. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. zypper sl -u 2. Grab an existing repo's URI and name 3. zypper ar --refresh 4. zypper sl -u 5. See how the two repositories have been added 6. zypper refresh 7. See how it downloads the metadata for a repository it already has metadata for Actual Results: It adds twice the URI and downloads the metadata it has already cached.
