If libkdefakes.so does not need KDE/Qt libraries (that's how it looks), it should be packaged separately, or included into package ksysguardd. what is your concern? that you have kdelibs4-core and libkde4core in your installed system?

we could split it into a separate package but it would be the smallest package possible.

I need to keep KDE3 installed, because of known regressions. Other than this, there is no real concern, that's why I changed severity. The enhancement of a split would be more fine grained packages, which is in line with 11.0 changes.
