my sysconfig file before upgrading postfix

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/11.0

Im using postfix from server:mail.
Any time I install an upgrade of postfix, just like latest 2.8.8 -> 2.8.10.
some parameter of sysconfig file get changed.

This should not happen, or not ?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.use a system with a default postfix (11.4 or 12.1 or Factory)
2.configure your postfix using TLS stuff
3.then upgrade postfix to version coming from server:mail
Actual Results:  
the params of sysconfig file get changed

Expected Results:  
the params should not get changed
