When i try to delete favorite folder,it gives error that 'user cannot delete folder' but in-spite of this error window pops up,favorite folder gets deleted. Best way will be to disable 'delete' option itself.

Do you get back the folder when you restart? If so, this is just adjusting the popup menus for a favorite folder appropriately w.r.t the operations allowed on them.
