Whenever you install an operating system on the 2nd disk, you can do it two ways (at least with Linux ;-) ): Either the bootloader is aware of it being the 2nd disk (meaning BIOS-wise - 0x81), or it expects to be the first disk (0x80). This is something YaST cannot detect at all.
