Logs from comment #3 only show that the Contrib repository was broken/not useful in time you were doing the upgrade, nothing else. Can you attach logs from your current system after upgrade? AbstractCommand just said that downloading URI failed. If you provide me aria2's log, we can at least know what error occurred.
