https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=649430 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=649430#c0 Summary: Emacs cannot be maximized and un-maximized in KDE. Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.3 Version: Final Platform: i686 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.3 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Usability AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: choroba@matfyz.cz QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.2.10) Gecko/20100914 SUSE/3.6.10-0.3.1 Firefox/3.6.10 When GNU Emacs (23.1.1, gtk+ 2.20.1) is maximized in KDE (4.4.4, release 3), it becomes maximized for a second, but a bit smaller later. Its "Restore" button changes back to "Maximize", so it can never be restored. I guess it is a similar bug to https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=345669 that existed in KDE3. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run emacs in KDE. 2. Maximize it. 3. Try to restore it. Actual Results: There is no "Restore" button, it has changed into "Maximize". Expected Results: There should be a "Restore" button to change the Emacs window back to its previous size. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
