The scheme is set as follows: xs:complexType xs:sequence according to this the order is somehow fixed. I agree it's annoying but I don't know if we can make it more comfortable. I hit it by accident. I was only currious why this is so. I also overlooked that in xsl template preferences is implemented as sequence. Adding doc team so they will mentioned this in docu.
