I'll probably add a new 'd' (for details) option to the 'Continue?' prompt to show the details without the need to restart zypper. I'll also try to rethink the install summary a bit and add what you request while reorganizing it a bit. The amount of data people would like to see grows and it is quite a challenge to display them readably in the text output. Maybe special options to the prompt like 'show arch changes details', 'show vendor changes details' would be the solution.
